  • All items must be submitted for approval before drop-off to ensure they are appropriate and aligned with the request.
  • Sponsors must be able to deliver or drop off gifts at the designated safe location within the provided timeframe.
  • Communication is important—please check your email regularly for updates and instructions.
  • Sponsorship opportunities are based on availability and community need.

How Sponsorship Works

Our team thoughtfully matches you with a child based on availability, need, and location.

Receive Your Sponsorship Details

You’ll receive an email with your child’s information, gift guidance, and next steps. Your drop-off location and time will be confirmed after your items are approved.

Step 4

Purchase Your Gifts

Shop for gifts and basic celebration items based on the details provided.

Step 5

Submit Items for Approval

Before drop-off, you will send photos of all items for review to ensure they are safe, appropriate, and aligned with the child.

Step 6

Items Are Reviewed

Our team reviews your submitted items and will notify you once everything is approved.

Step 7

Receive Drop-Off Details

After approval, you will receive your official drop-off location, date, and time.

Step 8

Deliver & Make a Difference

Bring your approved items to the designated location—we handle the rest to ensure a safe and joyful experience.

Timing may vary depending on availability, but we do our best to match you as quickly as possible.

*All gifts must be approved prior to drop-off. Unapproved items may not be accepted.
